A: We offer sample checking and online live curing testing with real-time video for your verification.
Q3. Are your UV lamps compatible with other brands?
A: Most standard-size lamps fit mainstream systems; send your equipment parameters and we will confirm compatibility for you.
Q4. What if UV lamp lifespan is less than 20000hrs normally used?
A: Send us usage records and photos, we will check and replace a new lamp free of charge if it’s quality problem.
Q5. What logistics methods do you support?
A: Small orders by DHL/FedEx/UPS; bulk orders by air or sea freight as you need.
Q6. What payment terms do you accept?
A: Sample full payment by T/T or PayPal; bulk order 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, L/C available for large orders.
